Effective Date: September 12, 2026 • Applicable Jurisdiction: United States

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Query247 website (https://query247.us) or engaging Query247 for any digital design, development, marketing setup, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Services & Scope of Work

Query247 provides affordable digital solutions, including custom website design, static website development, landing page creation, advertising setup (Google Ads, Meta Ads), search engine optimization (SEO), business email configuration, and website maintenance.

All client projects are governed by individual written proposals, invoices, or agreed project scopes. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will require a separate quote or adjustment.

3. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

To ensure timely and effective delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, text, imagery, and branding guidelines in a timely manner.
  • Maintain active ownership of domain names, hosting accounts, and third-party advertising accounts.
  • Review and provide timely feedback on project drafts, milestones, and preview links.
  • Ensure that all materials, logos, trademarks, and text supplied to Query247 are owned by the client or legally licensed.

4. Direct Third-Party Billing & Ad Spend

Query247 does not collect or mark up advertising media budgets. Any advertising spend for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or other ad networks is billed directly by those platforms to the payment method you attach to your accounts. You are solely responsible for setting, monitoring, and funding your ad spend budgets.

Similarly, third-party software fees (such as domain registration renewals, hosting server fees, or Google Workspace email licenses) are paid directly by the client to the respective vendor.

5. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

You own your website and digital assets 100%. Upon full payment of all agreed project fees:

  • All custom website code, page designs, layout structures, and written content created specifically for your project belong exclusively to you.
  • Query247 does not claim recurring royalties or ongoing licensing fees on completed custom projects.
  • Any open-source libraries, WordPress core files, third-party plugins, or stock photography remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Service Disclaimers

Query247 works with reputable third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, WordPress, Hostinger, and domain registrars. However, Query247 does not control and cannot be held liable for:

  • Third-party platform downtime, service interruptions, or server outages.
  • Search engine algorithm changes that affect organic rankings.
  • Ad account approvals, policy enforcements, or advertising account suspensions imposed by Google or Meta.
  • Changes in third-party API policies, pricing, or terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, Query247 and its owners, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our Website or services.

In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited strictly to the total amount paid by the client to Query247 for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action.
